Kaylen Reel

Kaylen Nearine is an aspiring poet, and an 11th grader at Rockville High School attending the Nook Farms writers collaborative, with The Mark Twain House and museum as an apprentice. She is an avid reader of all genres, and finds inspiration in nature and her own personal life for her works of poetry. She attends her high school's creative writing class, and has been published in the 2022 issue of Poetry Ourselves, won an honorable mention in Connecticut student writer, and is a part of the layout team for the Journey 75 magazine.
