Jubilee Forbess

Jubilee Forbess lives in a retirement village in the middle of Arkansas, but she was born in snowy Colorado and moved to South America when she was a friendly baby. Jubilee likes to write about pigs and weasels and the occasional cockroach. She joined the Jack Kent Cooke Young Scholars Program when she was fourteen and now has joined a bigger project this summer, working in Connecticut with this group as a creative writing program at the Mark Twain House. She has one poetry book published and a few novels on the way. Jubilee is a participant in the 2022 Young Scholars Senior Summit at UConn.
