Grace DiModugno
Grace DiModugno is the 2025 Program Coordinator of the Nook Farm Writers Collaborative at the Mark Twain House and Museum. She has worked at the museum as a Living History Interpreter since 2018, portraying Mark Twain’s daughter, Susy Clemens. She received her Master’s in English from Southern Connecticut State University in 2023 and currently teaches English and First-Year Composition at SCSU. She presented research at the 2024 International Congress on Medieval Studies in Kalamazoo, MI and is now beginning a second Master’s in Medieval Studies at Fordham University. In her spare time, she enjoys participating in working dog demonstrations with her two Newfoundland dogs, Hamlet and Viktor.
Erin Bartram
Erin Bartram is the Associate Director for Education at The Mark Twain House & Museum and oversees the Nook Farm Writers Collaborative and Journey 75. She earned her Ph.D. at the University of Connecticut in 2015 and taught for three years at the University of Hartford before joining the museum. She is co-founder and editor of Contingent Magazine, and co-editor of the Rethinking Careers, Rethinking Academia series for the University Press of Kansas. Her work has appeared in the Washington Post, the Chronicle of Higher Education, U.S. Catholic Historian, Religion & American Culture, and the Journal of the Early Republic.
Victoria Nordlund
Victoria Nordlund is the lead master teaching artist of the Nook Farm Writers Collaborative at The Mark Twain House & Museum. She was director of creative writing at Rockville High School in Vernon, CT and is an adjunct professor at the University of Connecticut. Her creative writing programs have won major state and national awards in every genre. Nordlund was a 2016 semi-finalist for CT Teacher of the year. She also won the 2016 New England Association of Teachers of English Poet-of-the-Year Award. Her poetry collections Wine-Dark Sea and Binge Watching Winter on Mute are published by Main Street Rag. She is a Best of the Net and Pushcart Prize Nominee whose work has appeared in PANK Magazine, Rust+Moth, Chestnut Review, Pidgeonholes, Maudlin House, and other journals.
Jamie Pisacane
Jamie Pisacane is an English Language Arts teacher and the Esports Manager at Sports & Medical Sciences Academy in Hartford, CT. She received her Master’s in 2022 at the University of Connecticut in Curriculum and Instruction. Jamie is the assistant teacher at the Nook Farm Writers Collaborative at The Mark Twain House & Museum. She is also a part of the Faxon Poets based in the West Hartford Public Library. Jamie enjoys writing poetry and high-fantasy short stories. When she isn’t writing, Jamie loves spending time with her cat, Atlas, and building cosplays.
Emily Esten
Emily Esten is the web developer for Journey 75. A curator and developer, they are interested in creative projects that use the tools of tech to foster connection. Esten has been site designer and manager with Contingent Magazine since 2019, and works full-time at the University of Pennsylvania where they support digital scholarship with library collections.
Michelle Guerrero
Michelle Guerrero is the graphic designer for Journey 75. They are a native San Diegan and graduated from San Diego State University. During the day, Michelle works at the San Diego Union-Tribune. Their portfolio includes work for Marvel as well as concept art, illustrations, design, and animation for various independent films and video games.
